New Shipping Schedule
Dear ZDDPlus customers,
We were faced with raising prices on ZDDPlus due to the state of the economy. In our management meeting we determined a new shipping schedule which will allow us to maintain current pricing, although it may result in a 12 to 24 hour delay in shipping.
We have always prided ourselves in shipping every order within one hour of receipt. Our new shipping schedule will utilize order quantity thresholds - as order build we will reach an order quantity threshold. Once that threshold is reached we will batch process all orders. At our current order levels this batch processing will take place about every 12 hours. Some customers, due to getting orders in at a particular time, may not see their order processed for up to 24 hours, although we believe these instances will be very few. We will be monitoring the process closely as we proceed the next few days.
So, we've developed a new shipping method which saves us money, and allows us to not raise product prices - which we think is a win/win for everyone! Please let us know how you feel about this new shipping policy.
